winph11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification such as a passport, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in suspension or termination of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Age Verification: winph11 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all deposits returned where possible, and all winnings forfeited. winph11 cooperates fully with PAGCOR and law enforcement in cases involving underage gambling.
Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the winph11 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering your winph11 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. winph11 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph11 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winph11 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all such activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify winph11 support immediately via live chat. winph11 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
All financial transactions on the winph11 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). winph11 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at winph11's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect. winph11 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification must do so before their first withdrawal can be processed. winph11 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Funds Origin: You warrant that all funds deposited into your winph11 Wallet are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. winph11 is required by applicable Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a winph11 deposit is a breach of these Terms. winph11 reserves the right to suspend your Account, recover the disputed amount from your Wallet balance, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
winph11 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all winph11 bonuses:
Bonus Abuse: winph11 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
All games available on the winph11 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games — including slots, bingo, fishing games, and live casino tables — are determined by these certified RNGs and are not influenced by bet size, account history, or any other external factor.
Each game on the winph11 platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. winph11 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, winph11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's Wallet. winph11's decision in such matters is final.
winph11 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that it determines, in its sole discretion, to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault that resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or paid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the winph11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any winph11 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use any winph11 trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of winph11's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winph11 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the winph11 platform, including but not limited to:
winph11's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude winph11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
winph11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
winph11 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and winph11 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.
winph11 may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory authorities in compliance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of winph11's privacy obligations to you.

winph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winph11 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the winph11 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

winph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if winph11 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, winph11 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Wallet balance, pending bonuses, or pending withdrawals. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, winph11 will return any verified Wallet balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting winph11 support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified Wallet balance will be returned to you upon closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winph11 platform, you agree to first contact winph11 support to seek an informal resolution. winph11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute involves a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties may also seek resolution through PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
